Zagora Grill Room

With its breathtakingly strong decorative features, the dramatic Zagora Grill Room Restaurant serves a delicious fusion of North-African and International Cuisine.

The name ‘Zagora’ comes from the name of a town in the valley of the Drâ’a River in Souss-Massa-Drâ’a, south-eastern Morocco. Originally it was called ‘Tazagourt’, Berber for ‘twin peaks’, referring to the form of the mountain.

The aromas from the kitchen, and eclectic blend of fresh ingredients and spices, creativity and passion, provide the foundation for an extraordinary dining sojourn – in splendid surroundings.

Dine inside the formal restaurant, Alfresco around the pool, at the pergola underneath the stars, or somewhere private just for two!

All included meals in accommodation packages are served in the Zagora Restaurant.

Conferencing

The Royal Elephant Conference Centre provides for a wide variety of conferences and functions.

This Afro-Moroccan multi-purpose centre can seat up to 320 people banquet style, 600 people cinema style and up to 300 delegates schoolroom style. The facilities include 4 boardrooms and 5 multi-purpose venues including Bondev House.

All conference rooms are air-conditioned, have independent light switches and a generator is available at the Royal Elephant.

Rooms are assigned according to numbers of guests and the nature of the events enquiry. Management reserves the right to re-assign venues, informing the client accordingly.

Function rooms, turnaround constraints, and related charges will be negotiated with individual clients, depending on the nature of the function and the venue being used.
