ABOUT NIBELA LAKE LODGE

Surrounded by KwaZulu-Natal’s iSimangaliso Wetlands Park near Hluhluwe, Nibela Lake Lodge is ideally located to deliver a nature-based holiday for the whole family. Nibela Lake Lodge is easily accessible from Durban - the two-hour road trip is all part of the experience as you pass stunning coastal views and waving isiZulu children from the roadside villages.

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation at Nibela Lake Lodge is in beautifully appointed timber chalets with private balconies and lakeside views and the background cheer of birds from the surrounding canopy of trees. Accommodation is offered in 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom lodges as well as Deluxe, Twin and Double chalets.

ADDITIONAL FACILITIES

To cool off during the heat of the day, there are two swimming pools at Nibela Lake Lodge. Theprivate on-site spa is best enjoyed after a busy morning out exploring the iSimangaliso Wetlands Park. Therapists offer a range of massages and beauty treatments that will appeal to all those interested in some well-deserved pampering.

Unwind at the bar, catch up on the rugby score or bring your book along and find a good reading spot. From the bar, you can saunter out onto the beautiful wooden viewing deck with your drink of choice in time to watch the sun set over the horizon.

BREAKFAST AND DINING

For guests staying in the chalets, dinner and breakfast are included in the rates and served daily. Enjoy continental breakfasts and hearty dinners served under the stars at our Lake View Restaurant. Sample some of our fresh bread and pastries at our bakery. We cater for vegetarians and stock a kids menu too.
