Every plate comes bursting with authenticity and fresh produce handpicked daily from our greenhouse in our beautiful natural setting. Join us for an unforgettable experience in the heart of the Delaire Graff Estate.

Our focus is to produce beautifully crafted food that reflects the best seasonal, ethically locally sourced ingredients. It’s a philosophy of which we are proud. We pick produce daily from the Estate’s greenhouse and vegetable gardens and are committed to seasonal farming, supporting free-range, pasture-reared livestock and farmers in Africa.

Green gastronomy lies at the very heart of our cuisine, where fresh flavours come from the skill of our chefs and from the produce we choose. Home-grown fruits, vegetables and herbs are picked straight from the Estate’s greenhouse and gardens for our kitchens. We give back to the earth thanks to our wormery, which generates organic fertiliser to help meet the needs of the Estate.

As our restaurant is committed to local and beautiful food, our menus change along with the seasons. Find bistro favourites and enjoy a reflection of flavour, from our bespoke blend olive oil that uses olives grown and pressed across the valley, to our home-baked breads made with only stoneground flour.

Welcome to our ‘sunshine cuisine’, that harnesses the vitality and warmth of the sun. Creative bistro cuisine means our chefs get to bring their cooking skills to life, creating each beautiful plate with maximum flavour and total nourishment.

The Delaire Graff Restaurant is open for lunch daily from 12h00 – 14h00 (last orders by 14h15) and dinner Wednesday to Saturdays 18h30 to 21h00. For the month of November, the Delaire Graff Restaurant is open for dinner on Tuesdays to Saturdays. During December dinner can be enjoyed at the Delaire Graff Restaurant from Mondays until Saturdays.
